How do I delete my account? +

In the app, go to Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, companions, care logs, posts, comments, and photos. It can't be undone.

How do I export my data? +

Go to Settings → Account & Privacy → Export my data. We generate a file with everything stored about you, which you can save or share.

How do I cancel my subscription? +

Subscriptions are managed by the app stores. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PawBloom → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PawBloom → Cancel.

My reminders aren't showing up. +

Make sure notifications are enabled for PawBloom in your device settings, and that each companion has an active care schedule. Still stuck? Email us and we'll help.

The AI got an identification or tip wrong. +

AI care tips are helpful starting points, not professional advice. For health concerns about a pet, see a vet; for plant toxicity or disease, consult a qualified professional. You can re-run identification from a clearer, well-lit photo.

How does moderation work in the community? +

Every public post is screened by an AI scan before it goes live, you control who sees each post, and anyone can report content for human review. See our community guidelines.
