Billing questions
What does the Family plan include? +
Everything in Premium, shared with up to 5 people in your household for $79.99/year. Invite family or roommates with a code from the app — everyone keeps their own account and sees the shared care schedule, and one subscription covers the whole home.
How does the free trial work? +
The weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. If you don't cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid weekly subscription. The annual plan doesn't include a trial.
How do I cancel? +
Subscriptions are managed by the app stores. iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PawBloom → Cancel. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PawBloom → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
Will it auto-renew? +
Yes — weekly or yearly — unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can turn off auto-renew any time in your app store settings.
Can I get a refund? +
Purchases are handled by the App Store and Google Play, so refunds follow their policies. Request one through the store you bought from. Local consumer law may give you additional rights.
