PawBloom is free to start. PawBloom Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the full app. These Subscription Terms are part of our Terms of Service.
What Premium includes
- Unlimited plants and pets (the free tier includes one companion).
- Instant AI identification and care answers from a photo.
- Smart reminders for every care routine.
- An ad-free community and priority support.

Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region, currency, and applicable taxes. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price that applies. The 3-day free trial is an introductory offer available on the weekly plan to new subscribers only.
Billing and renewal
- Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by PawBloom.
- Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically — weekly or yearly — unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If you start a free trial and don’t cancel before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price above. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Managing or cancelling your subscription
You manage and cancel your subscription through your app store account — PawBloom cannot cancel it for you:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PawBloom → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PawBloom → Cancel.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by the app stores, so refunds are subject to Apple’s and Google’s policies. Request refunds through the App Store or Google Play. Where required by local consumer law, additional rights may apply.
Restoring purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use Restore Purchases in the app to recover an active subscription tied to your store account.
Changes
We may change Premium features or pricing. Price changes won’t affect your current billing period and, where required, we’ll notify you and ask for consent before a renewal at a new price.
